How to read this
Discontinued means the next expected charge (next month, or next year for annual plans) should have shown up by (the latest statement date) and didn't. Everything else is assumed to keep billing on the same day at its latest price. The forecast uses that set.
Wrong call? Use Still active on the Discontinued page, or Stop next to a service in the Active list. Your choice is saved in this browser and tagged manual.
Monthly or annual? The page works it out from the spacing between charges (about 1, 3, 6 or 12 months apart). A service seen only once is assumed monthly unless it is a known yearly one. Use Annual? or Monthly? next to a service to correct it; annual plans show an Annual badge, bill once a year in the forecast, and count as a twelfth of the price in the monthly run-rate.
Uploaded statements are matched against known subscription merchants. Other merchants that bill a similar amount about monthly are added automatically and tagged auto.
Not counted: usage-based API top-ups (OpenAI API, OpenRouter, BytePlus), installment plans (Apple Store, Studio7, Banana, AWN), utilities (MEA electricity, AIS), and insurance (KT-AXA, TQM).
